GENERAL PROVISIONS:
1. The cookie policy applies to all websites (ebart.pl and ebart.abstore.pl), hereinafter referred to as the Website or Websites, owned by BART limited liability company limited partnership conducting business in Białystok, ul. Szosa Baranowicka 56, 15-521 Białystok- Zaścianki, hereinafter referred to as BART.
2. The cookie policy defines the rules for collecting and using information about Users of the Websites stored in cookies.
3. Information regarding the collection and processing of other data of Users of the Websites, including data provided in contact forms, is contained in separate Privacy Policies available on the Websites.
SPECIFIC PROVISIONS:
1. The Website uses cookies, which are data files, particularly text files, that are automatically generated by the User's web browser and stored on the User's end device (e.g., computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique number. Cookies can be read by BART's IT system (own cookies) or third-party IT systems (third-party cookies)
2. The entity placing cookies on the User's end device is BART sp. z o.o. sp. k. conducting business based in Białystok
3. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
1) ensuring the proper functioning of the Website, including enhancing the quality of using the Website, among other things, by speeding up its operation, which is possible, among other things, by remembering settings between subsequent visits to the Website (for this purpose, own cookies are used);
analytical and statistical purposes, i.e., for creating analyses and statistics related to how Users use the Website, which allows for improving its structure and content. The User has the option to block Google Analytics cookies, among other things, by installing a browser add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
2) Enabling the display of videos from YouTube, which involves the use of cookies from Google LLC. Cookies are loaded only when a video is played.
4. Due to the storage period of cookies, the following types of cookies are used:
1) session - temporary files stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the Website, or closing the software (web browser);
2) persistent - stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
5. Due to the purpose for which cookies are used, the following types of cookies are used:
1) performance - allowing the collection of information about how the Website is used;
2) functional - allowing to "remember" the settings selected by the User and personalize the User interface, e.g., regarding the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, appearance of the website, etc.;
3) statistical - used to count statistics related to the Website.
6. By using the Website, the User consents to the use of cookies, which is confirmed during visits to the Website. The collection and use of data collected in cookies for the purposes described above may also constitute a legally justified interest of BART.
7. The User of the Website can change the handling of cookies (conditions for their storage or access) by making appropriate changes in the settings of the software installed on the end device used by the User of the Website (changes in the web browser settings). In the web browser settings, changes can be made by blocking the automatic handling of cookies or receiving information about each placement of cookies on the User's end device. The User of the Website can delete cookies placed on their end device at any time using the options available in their web browser.

9. Data collected in cookies may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area in connection with the use of Google Analytics, Facebook, YouTube. Consequently, data may be transferred to the USA based on the European Commission's decision of July 12, 2016 (Privacy Shield) stating that the USA provides an adequate level of protection for personal data. Users have the right to obtain from the administrator a copy of personal data transferred to a third country.
SERVER LOGS
When using the Website, requests are sent to the server where the Website is stored. Individual requests are recorded in the server logs.
Information recorded in the server logs is not associated with specific Users of the Website and is not used to identify a specific person.
